As a result of growing up in Bethesda, MD, Nicole has a keen understanding of the culturally diverse and sophisticated DC market as well as its history.  Her local status informs her ability to advise clients on all facets of DC, VA, and MD living. 

Prior to joining the HEIDER Office, Nicole honed her business and sales acumen, for nearly a decade, as a medical and technology sales associate.  In addition to this skill set and experience, Nicole offers a passion for quality design.  As a graduate of NYC’s Fashion Institute of Technology, Nicole has a strong appreciation, and eye, for quality design aesthetics, which she utilizes in her real estate work. Nicole's clients appreciate her demonstrated design tutelage when it comes to both the buying and selling process.   

Nicole’s passion, commitment to excellence, tenacity, and genuine personality make her one of the area's real estate gems. Nicole resides in Alexandria, VA with her husband, Justin, and their two daughters.
