Chelsea joins the HEIDER team from a Fortune 500 sales background and brings her passion for luxury real estate to her role.  Chelsea launched her luxury residential real estate career in 2013 with a DMV-area boutique public relations firm that specializes in interior design and architecture.  In this role, Chelsea honed her marketing skills by overseeing media relations and coordinating public-facing events in private homes.  From PR, Chelsea moved to outside sales, where she worked for six years as a top-performing sales representative.  Chelsea was in the top 5% for sales company-wide and was promoted to Sales Manager where she led a team of ten representatives.  Chelsea is excited to offer her grit and attention to detail to her role as Operations Manager.
