Allyson brings two decades of luxury-retail sales, operations, and management experience to the HEIDER team.  Before joining HEIDER, Allyson worked with global luxury labels such as Ralph Lauren, Prada, and David Yurman.  There, she learned the art of representing luxury services and brands and mastered client engagement and internal and external communication.  For these reasons, Allyson is known as an innovative brand strategist and servant leader. Allyson brings her demonstrated talents and love of high-end design to her role as HEIDER’s Chief Operating Officer.  She works across the HEIDER operation to expand the team’s capacity with respect to client support, marketing, sales, and the full spectrum of the Office’s operations.   

Allyson has spent much of her life in the D.C. area.  She originates from Northern Virginia and currently resides in the Historic District of Alexandria. When she's not at the office, you will find Allyson at the Old Town farmers market strolling the charming cobblestone streets or in the hot yoga studio.
