When you picture Mike Tyson, you probably think of one of the most decorated professional boxers in history. However, this former heavyweight champ is reinventing himself for a new decade. Over the last few years, he's starred in a hit Broadway show, launched his own YouTube channel, founded a cannabis empire, and even hinted at a return to the sport that got him famous.
Since launching his career in the 1980s, Tyson has accrued quite the portfolio of interesting homes, which includes properties in Las Vegas, Cleveland, and even Bethesda. We're giving you an exclusive look inside some Tyson's most high-profile residences.

Take a quick drive just southeast of Cleveland, Ohio, and you'll discover one of the most eccentric homes in the state...and perhaps even the country. Mike Tyson bought this stunning five-bedroom mansion in 1992 for just $300,000, but sold it for a whopping $1 million less than a decade later. Today, it's been converted into a church, but many of the home's outrageous features still remain intact.
Towering iron gates await at the front of the property, which once featured a perfectly manicured lawn and a sprawling driveway. Inside, gold-plated fittings, crystal chandeliers, and marble interiors allude to the days of old Hollywood luxury. Perhaps the home's most defining feature is the wood paneled tiger showcase, which once housed four full-sized cages.
This estate also came with a full-sized indoor pool and a private basketball court, as well as an emerald-hued jacuzzi bathroom with piano black finishes.
Bethesda: A 19,000 Square Foot Golf Course Home Fit for a Champion

One of Tyson's most extravagant homes is nestled just miles away from Washington DC and overlooks the prestigious Congressional Country Club golf course. Currently, this Bethesda mansion is owned by Tyson's ex-wife, Dr. Monica Turner—but the Wall Street Journal claims that it will be coming on the market soon.
The seven bedroom property spans over 19,000 square feet and includes everything from a dry cleaner-style conveyor belt for clothes to an expansive outdoor garden that was once home to Tyson's white tiger cub, Kenya. Today, the property has been expanded to include the adjacent lot and an addition. A large gym, pool, sports court, piano room, media room, and game room add yet another level of unrivaled luxury.
No tour of this home is complete without checking out the backyard. Here, you can relax in total serenity by the pool or watch the annual US Open golf tournament from one of the property's many patios, balconies, or lawns.
